Royal Air Force (RAF) Irving combined pattern flying suit. Produced by the famous Irving Air Chute of Great Britain Ltd. Size Large. Dated 18 October 1940. This suit was designed to integrate the harness and parachute in a single torso-covering garment, small and compact enough to allow adequate escape of the airplane. In excellent condition, most likely unissued, condition. Increasingly hard to find these days.
